Price information for the rooms

• The room rates depend on the equipment of the rooms, the length of your stay and the seasonal periods.
• The same prices apply for children in their own room as for adults.
• Childrenin parents' room: up to 2 years free of charge, baby cot one-off fee of 10 €, extra bed and breakfast from 2 to 6 years 15 €; from 6 to 10 years 20 €; up to 16 years 30 €;
• No room cleaning service on Sundays
• Cancellations: Rooms can be cancelled free of charge up to 5 days before the date of arrival for valid reasons. For later cancellations, 70% of the total accommodation price will be charged. Please inform us in good time.
• In case of early departure, the booked length of stay will be charged.
• No price reduction if breakfast is not taken.
• Double room for single use subject to availability; price: min. 90 € - max. 120 €
  

Price information for the apartments and studios

• The prices are for 2 persons per day.
• There is no discount for single occupancy of the flats and studios.
• Children up to 2 years free; Baby bed one-time fee 10 €; from 2 to 14 years 10 €; older than 14 years 15 €.
• Breakfast on request 15 € per person ;
• Breakfast for children from 2 to 12 years 8 €.
• The prices for Studio 305 and Studio Tilly include breakfast and room cleaning every 2nd day of the holiday except Sunday.
• Deposit: as per written agreement to secure booking of studios and flats.
• Cancellations: Studios and flats can be cancelled free of charge up to 4 weeks before arrival date. For cancellations up to 5 days before arrival 50% and for later cancellations and no arrival 100% of the accommodation price will be charged. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
• Minimum stay in the flats 7 nights and in the studios 4 nights.
• Shorter stays are only possible in low season for an extra charge of 10 € per day.
• Please note that daily cleaning service is not provided when renting the studios and the flats.
• Cleaning service on request: 10 €
• The daily price of the studios and flats includes all charges for electricity and water, waste disposal, as well as towel and bed linen change if required.
• Final cleaning flat 30 €
• Final cleaning studio 20 €
